Getting Support


We care about how the BandBro' application works for you and want to hear about any issues you may encounter.  Suggestions are welcome, as well.  


Email Support

Email all support questions to Rosette Software. For easy email access, select Help-->Email support from the Bandbro' menu bar.

 

Trial Period Support

We will offer suggestions, answer questions and address bug reports.  If the answer to your question is found in the help file, we may simply direct you to the appropriate topic.

 

If having trouble with a text import, email the text file to rosettesoftware@gmail.com and we'll appraise the situation. 

 

Activation Code Mismatch - This error may occur if the software is un-installed and then reinstalled.  Once you have successfully installed BandBro' do not uninstall/reinstall if you intend to use it. 

 

Licensed User Support

Once you purchase the Activation license, you become a fully licensed user.  All support questions must originate from the same email address used to purchase the activation key through PayPal.  For easy email access, select Help-->Email support from the Bandbro' menu bar.

 

All issues will be addressed in a timely fashion. If necessary, we may issue a hot-fix download. In addition, we'll help you get back up and running in the event of a system failure.   

 

Uninstalling Bandbro'  - To uninstall, select Corel Applications from the program list and follow the instructions.
